Flagship Beers

Clementine American Wheat
5.2% ABV | 20 IBU
A clean, crisp, and refreshing American Wheat beer sporting citrus notes from Ahtanum, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, and finished with clementine juice in the secondary.

Centennial Colorado Common
5.4% ABV | 38 IBU
Biscuit and toast flavors from the malt combine with Northwest Chinook and Cascade hops to create a well-balanced beer. Dry hopped with Centennial hops for aroma and a little extra flavor.

Pingin Irish Red
6.6% ABV | 38 IBU
Fruity esters from the Irish Ale yeast combine with lots of caramel and biscuit flavors from the malt and a little residual sweetness for an eminently drinkable Red. Also available on Nitro!

Melanie’s Helles
5.4% ABV | 19 IBU
A very approachable, traditional Münchener Helles with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Tettnang hops to provide just enough bitterness to show off the malts.

Delta One Bravo IPA
6.5% ABV | 70 IBU
Ahtanum, Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook hops bring stone fruit, citrus and pine flavors and aromas to a solid malt backbone.

Homer's Oatesy Oatmeal Stout
5.3% ABV | 32 IBU
Full-bodied mouthfeel and a moderate residual sweetness are the counterpoints to dark, roasty malts with lots of dark chocolate. Also available on Nitro!
Rotating Beers

Moon Shadow Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
10% ABV | 60 IBU
Our Moon Shadow celebrates the near-total eclipse here in Denver, 2017...and like its namesake, it is dark and slightly mysterious! Aged for 6 months in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels, it brings a deep, luscious mouthfeel and dark maltiness to balance the vanilla, oak and bourbon from the barrels.

Dryrish Dry Irish Stout
4.7% ABV | 35 IBU
We wanted a traditional Irish Stout full of bold roasty flavors, but lighter in mouthfeel and alcohol to make it an all-day drinking beer. The acidulated malt gives it a tiny bit of lactic tartness that is traditional in Irish Stouts, and serves to emphasize the dry mouthfeel.

BRU->DIA
6.3% ABV | 76 IBU
Our Craftbench-series Belgian IPA is hopped with traditional Saaz for earthy, herbal characteristics that blend beautifully with the use of Belgian yeast and its notes of pepper & clove with delightful fruity esters...then we amped it up with Simcoe and Warrior for notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, berry & pine.

2020 Wet Hop Pale Ale
6.5% ABV | 70 IBU
We've taken all the best of Colorado and put them in a glass for you: Fresh Cascade, Chinook and Nugget Hops (delivered 3 days after picking) from High Wire Hops in Paonia, hand-crafted malts from Root Shoot Malting in Longmont, methodically raised yeast from Propagate Lab, and of course our awesome Colorado water (courtesy of the City of Centennial Government)!

Finsternis Schwarzbier
5.7% ABV | 30 IBU
Gold Medal, Lagers: 2016 All Colorado Beer Festival; Silver Medal, Lagers: 2017 All Colorado Beer Festival
Light in body and bitterness, but rich in flavor and dark roasted malts. A dark beer for those who don’t think they like dark beer (and for those who know that they do)!

An Ale of Two Chris'
9.0% ABV | 34 IBU
Chris and Chris have made a Wee Heavy as a holiday gift for their friends and family for the last several years, and they're releasing it again in the taproom! It's a full bodied, 8.8% ABV beer with flavors of brown sugar and dried fruit that makes a great winter warmer on those chilly nights!

Craftbench Series
Our Craftbench Series of beers are very small, 1/2 barrel batches from our pilot system. We’ll be using these to create new recipes or fine-tune existing ones, experiment with new ingredients or techniques, gauge customer response, and generally have a lot of fun…so we really want your feedback on these, as well as suggestions for future brews! Remember, though, there’s only one keg of each one, and they tend to go quickly! Stop by our taproom to try our latest.
